			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people looking to get started with exercising are initially scared off because in their minds they have been sold on the idea that they need to exercise each and every day. The truth is their is a common agreement that a 30 minute exercise session done 2-3 times a week should be more then adequate at least for the bare minimum. </p>
<p>If you make a little effort you should not have much of a problem getting this done on a consistent basis. This could mean taking a brisk walk a few times a week. Or maybe getting on your bike for an extended ride around the neighborhood. If you prefer swimming then maybe jumping into the pool can be your way to get this time in. </p>
<p>As you see it just requires a little bit of imagination on your part. And it could be fun especially if its something you like doing. And even if it isn&#8217;t you may find out that you actually do enjoy the activity. If at all possible try to enlist the help of a friend in this activity.</p>
